RMD can provide all aspects of project management, to assure that the client receives the best value and quality possible, including:
recommending and coordinating with all suppliers and contractors.
- These suppliers and contractors will be mutually selected by us and the client.
- We oversee all work from start of construction to obtaining Certificate of Occupancy.

- Documents are available to the client and lending institution any time.
- The client will receive copies of all paperwork related to the project.

having the lending institution review, inspect work completion, and release funds to a title company.
- On a monthly basis, the lending institution will verify that no liens have been placed on the project.
- The title company will issue checks to each supplier and contractor, which will be distributed by Rocky Mountain Design.
