Armin has been located in Colorado since 1994 and has resided in Summit County and Denver. Before relocating to Colorado, Armin has worked on large projects from luxury homes and condominiums, to specialized construction projects for high end tenant finishes, hotels and convention centers, and hospitals in places such as Detroit, Washington DC, and Research Triangle in Raleigh, NC. Outside of the office, you might catch Armin fly-fishing, hiking, climbing or rafting.

Steve grew up in the Air Force, a lifestyle which has exposed him to many different environments all over the U.S.. Upon settling in Colorado, he graduated from Sand Creek High School in Colorado Springs. After high school, he took a year to travel before attending college. Steve continued his education by completing a Bachelors Degree program in Environmental Design from the University of Colorado at Boulder. When away from the work environment, Steve enjoys riding his motorcycle, snowboarding and mountain biking. He brings an energetic attitude to RMD along with a willingness to push the design envelope.

Cassie, wife & mother of three children was born and raised in Casper, Wyoming. The majority of her youth was spent shadowing her father who owned a successful Heating & Air Conditioning company. In January of 1983 she & her family moved to Colorado to begin a new life in the “big city”. After graduating from Smoky Hill High School in 1992, she worked various accounts receivable jobs until she moved to Las Vegas for a year of fun. Upon settling back in Denver, she pursued a successful career in accounting & office management. Cassie has brought her experience & expertise to RMD and has become a valuable asset due to her hard working attitude, project execution, and vibrant personality. Along with raising three children and working full time, she manages to have fun skiing, hiking and generally enjoying the Colorado outdoors.

Rocky Mountain Design will at times add additional support staff as required by the size and scope of current projects.  These consultants may include engineers, landscape architects, interior designers, and specialty suppliers.
